Monsterpocalypse is basically Rampage the board game, only without the board, and with a city map instead. You play with giant monsters that rampage through a city, smashing stuff and capturing territory with their units (mini-monsters) to generate enough power to destroy all opposition.
Two monsters step in - one monster steps out.
It's the kind of monster on monster showdown made famous in Godzilla movies, or, better yet, Ultraman, or even Power Rangers.
It's a great game that can get very cinematic at times as your monsters throw each other into buildings, smash each other through fires, and bodyslam each other onto the likes of the Statue of Liberty or the Imperial State Building.
It's a rompin', stompin', rampagin' good time - and our community is always eager for more players.
If you want to know more about the Monsterpocalypse events held at Little Wars, ask for Josh Gremillion. I'm the Monpoc PG, and I'd be more than happy to give you a hands on demonstration whenever I'm at the shop.

The next set of Monpoc "Big In Japan" is scheduled to hit shelves June 18th, and along with 12 new monsters for the latest factions, we'll be seeing monuments from Tokyo, a mess of new units, character units, and buildings.
Also, the Voltron expansion is hitting stores in July. It's fully compatible with the current game, and allows players to take Voltron (or his arch-nemesis Lotron) to the field against the regular faces of the Monsterpocalypse universe.
Looking forward to all of it!
