FOC- Force Organization Chart. Most commonly accepted chart consists of : Mandatory 1 HQ and 2 Troop. A maximum of 1 Additional HQ can then be added to the mandatory choice, 0-3 Elites, 0-4 Troops can be added to the mandatory choices, 0-3 Fast Attack, and 0-3 Heavy Support. All falling within whatever the chosen point limit is.
